My brother once asked me why I had a scientific calculator, a respirator, and sandwich bags all on one shelf, I told him they were all plaster supplies (i’ve never worked with plaster): the respirator was for sanding and carving plaster, the sandwich bags were for creating a plastic surface and improvising a piping bag, and the scientific calculator was because I didn’t have a normal one and didn’t want to touch my phone to do all the math. He looked at me and said, “Oh, that makes sense.” Then I told him “everything makes sense with a little imagination because everything I just said was bullshit.” Anyway, so beyond that, I’m a multidisciplinary designer who graduated from Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts and Design in Philadelphia, PA and love working across different mediums; photography, graphic design, fine arts and craft to name a few. When I’m not working, I'm probably off exploring something unexpected, and those experiences often make their way back into my work.
